Refund and Returns Policy

 

  1. Eligibility for Return
  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be included.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Software licenses, activation keys, or digital products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, power surge, water, or physical damage
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products without original packaging or invoice
  1. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  • If a product is found defective at the time of delivery, it must be reported within 24–48 hours.
  • DOA items will be replaced or repaired as per manufacturer policy.
  • Physical damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
  1. Warranty & Service Policy
  • After the return window, all products are covered under manufacturer warranty only.
  • Warranty service will be provided through authorized service centers.
  • The company is not responsible for data loss; customers are advised to back up data.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  1. Contact customer support with invoice number and issue details
  2. Receive return approval
  3. Send or submit the product to the designated return location
  4. Product inspection and resolution (refund/replacement/repair)
  1. Shipping Responsibility
  • Customer bears return shipping cost unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
  • Company is not responsible for damage during return shipping.
